The Butterflies Resilience Centre: A Home with Heart

This project in Delhi is a model for small-scale urban regeneration and a temporary home for children in crisis. We used low-cost, low-carbon construction methods to create a space that is environmentally aware and promotes a lifestyle of simple comfort, beauty, and dignity.

Net-Zero & Climate-Responsive Homes

I design homes that are future-proof, comfortable, and have a minimal impact on the environment. By using passive design strategies and renewable energy, I create net-zero residences that generate as much energy as they consume, bringing your electricity bills close to zero.

Sustainable Materials & Construction Methods

My practice is built on thoughtful innovation in materials and construction techniques that reduce environmental impact. I believe in using local resources, reusing materials with a story, and employing smart technologies to build efficiently and affordably.

Landmark Institutional Projects

My principles of sustainable, climate-responsive design are scalable to large institutional and commercial buildings. These projects demonstrate how courtyards, local materials, and passive cooling systems can create comfortable and energy-efficient environments for research, work, and education.

Research & Replicable Design Guides

A significant part of my work involves research that helps communities and empowers everyone to build green. I have developed handbooks, design guides, and web-based tools to make sustainable and energy-efficient design accessible and replicable across India.

Designing for Community Resilience

Architecture has a responsibility to serve society, especially its most vulnerable members. I develop prototypical designs for disaster-resilient shelters that can be built quickly and affordably using local materials and skills, providing security during calamities and utility during times of peace.
