My training for kids, starting from as young as 2.5 years, is about more than just martial arts. We focus on building discipline, confidence, and real-world strength through a mix of Taekwondo basics, fun agility games, and foundational strength exercises.

Adult Fitness: Strength & Conditioning

This is for adults who want to build real, functional power and lose weight the right way. My one-on-one and group sessions involve intense routines with battle ropes, tire flips, and weight training to improve your overall health, from sleep to daily energy.

Kickboxing & Combat Skills

Learn the art of boxing and kickboxing to boost your stamina, focus, and core strength. These sessions are designed to be high-energy and teach you practical self-defence skills while providing an intense cardio workout.

Flexibility & Agility

Speed, balance, and flexibility are key to any fitness discipline. Here you can see the drills and exercises we use to improve coordination and range of motion for students of all ages, from young children to adults.
