Treatment Strategy

• Plan: Written roadmap outlining necessary detox therapies (Panchakarma) and herbal medications.
• Diet: Customized 'Pathya-Apathya' chart (Do's and Don'ts) tailored for sperm health and testosterone.
• Privacy: Conducted in a private consultation room ensuring confidentiality.

Therapy Protocol

• Abhyanga: 45-minute full body massage using warm, medicated herbal oils like Ashwagandha or Bala taila to improve circulation.
• Bashpa Sweda: 15-minute session in a wooden steam chamber to open pores and eliminate toxins.
• Shirodhara: 40-minute rhythmic pouring of warm oil over the forehead to regulate stress hormones.

Facility & Hygiene

• Staff: Performed by a trained male technician under doctor supervision.
• Hygiene: Disposable sheets and sanitized wooden tables used for every patient.
• Amenities: Includes access to post-therapy hot water bath facilities.

Clinical Procedure
