For over 10 years, we've designed bespoke luxury events, from immersive themed parties to elegant corporate gatherings. We manage every detail, from planning and entertainment to custom decor, to create a truly unique celebration.

This first birthday was a true fairytale. I designed a breathtaking floral and butterfly wonderland, complete with large marquee letters for the birthday girl's name and a cascading wall of flowers to create an unforgettable photo backdrop.

For this milestone 40th birthday, I transformed an outdoor space into a luxe, atmospheric lounge. A canopy of fairy lights, a dramatic black and gold balloon arch, and scattered floor balloons created a sophisticated and magical setting for an evening celebration.

I brought the stadium to the party with this action-packed football theme. The setup featured a turf-like green wall, a massive soccer ball prop, a neon 'Happy Birthday' sign, and light-up marquee numbers, making it the ultimate celebration for a young sports fan.

Step right up to a whimsical carnival birthday. This vibrant backdrop features a custom circus tent and ferris wheel design, framed by a colorful balloon garland and playful animal props, setting the stage for a day of fun and games.

I believe in creating breathtaking entrances. For this intimate wedding, I lined the steps and walkway with hundreds of candles and framed the doorway with a lush arch of white carnations, creating a warm, romantic, and truly magical welcome for the guests.

I dove deep into creativity for this 'mermazing' 6th birthday party. The complete underwater scene includes two distinct photo backdrops, marquee numbers, character cutouts like Ariel and her friends, and iridescent balloon garlands to mimic ocean bubbles.

This wedding reception stage was designed for pure romance. A backdrop of twinkling fairy lights, a modern geometric frame adorned with pink and red floral arrangements, and an elegant velvet sofa created a beautiful focal point for the happy couple.

For a high-energy adult celebration, I designed this Ibiza-inspired neon party. The outdoor space was transformed with glowing LED furniture, hanging disco balls, and vibrant uplighting to create a dynamic and stylish nightclub atmosphere.

We created a spectacular butterfly fairyland for a first birthday, transforming the venue into an enchanted garden. This grand setup features a massive floral arch, custom marquee letters, and whimsical fairy and butterfly details to make the celebration truly magical.

Guests were welcomed to Arendelle through this magnificent ice castle entrance. We designed this custom structure for a Frozen-themed party to create an immersive experience from the very first moment, complete with snowflake details and character cutouts.

Welcome to the barnyard! This vibrant and playful entrance set the stage for a fun-filled farm adventure. We use large-scale props, a red carpet walkway, and cheerful balloon arrangements to create an exciting welcome for the little guests.

All aboard the Hogwarts Express! This Harry Potter themed photo booth, complete with a Platform 9¾ backdrop and Gryffindor-colored balloon arches, was a huge hit. We focus on iconic details like Hedwig in a cage and a Nimbus broomstick to bring the wizarding world to life.

For the ultimate football fan, we created this dynamic backdrop for an 11th birthday. The setup includes a giant 3D soccer ball, a turf-like floor, a neon "Happy Birthday" sign, and marquee numbers, making it the perfect spot for photos.

We designed this enchanting 'Under the Sea' entrance arch for a mermaid-themed party. Featuring characters from The Little Mermaid, custom seaweed cutouts, and a seashell welcome sign, it transports guests to a magical underwater kingdom.

A real, rideable Thomas the Tank Engine train was the star of this birthday express party. We provide unique entertainment options like this to create truly memorable and interactive experiences for children.

This magical unicorn-themed backdrop was designed for a second birthday party. It features a custom illustration of a unicorn under a cherry blossom tree, framed by a beautiful pastel rainbow balloon garland and whimsical props.

The joy on this little girl's face as she hugs a puppet says it all. We arrange for professional entertainers, like this engaging puppeteer, to captivate young audiences and fill the party with laughter and wonder.

Hey, we’re The Party Elephant. Been at this for a decade in Delhi NCR, making parties that actually feel like a story you want to tell. We get a kick out of wild themes—once did a pool party for pups, didn’t use a single balloon, went all out with colours instead. The best part? Watching kids lose it over puppet shows, or seeing someone walk into a space we’ve styled and just stand there, grinning. We live for those moments.
