I design dynamic obstacle courses that challenge kids to run, jump, crawl, and balance. These activities are fundamental for developing physical literacy, improving coordination, and building the confidence that comes from overcoming a fun physical challenge.
Fun with Yoga & Mindful Movement
Movement isn't just about running fast; it's also about control, balance, and focus. I integrate yoga, stretching, and mindful exercises into my sessions to improve flexibility, body awareness, and concentration in a calm and accessible way.
Learning the Game: Sports Skills
I provide a friendly introduction to a variety of sports, breaking down the basic skills of games like hockey and cricket. The focus is on building fundamental techniques, such as aiming and striking, in a supportive, non-competitive setting.
Preschool Movement Programs
My programs for preschoolers and toddlers are all about learning through play. I use gentle, game-based activities to develop their gross motor skills, balance, and coordination, creating a foundation for a lifetime of healthy movement.
Our Colourful Toolkit
I believe that fun equipment is key to keeping kids excited about physical activity. I bring a huge variety of colorful, safe, and age-appropriate props to every school, ensuring our sessions are always visually stimulating and full of new possibilities.
