Scope of Work
- Duration: Full-day session (approx. 6 to 8 hours) covering Living, Dining, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Kids Room, and Guest Room.
- Art Direction: On-site styling assistance including setting up coffee tables, adjusting drapes, and arranging throws.
- Lighting: Professional off-camera flash and natural light blending for bright, shadow-free results.
Deliverables
- Image Count: 20 to 25 High-Resolution Retouched Images.
- Shot Mix: 60% Wide-angle Architectural shots (flow of space) and 40% Detail shots (textures, decor).
- Post-Processing: Includes vertical correction, color grading, sky replacement, and removal of minor distractions.
- Format: High-Res JPG (print) and Web-Size JPG.

- Gear: Full-frame high-resolution camera with Tilt-Shift lenses to prevent architectural distortion.

- Duration: Single-day shoot starting at Sunrise for exteriors and ending post-Sunset for twilight shots.
- Areas Covered: Exteriors, Lobby, Room Categories (Standard, Suite, Villa), Pool Area, Restaurant, and landscape context.
- Specialized Shots: Drone aerial photography for location context and Twilight/Blue hour photography for hero marketing images.
Deliverables
- Image Count: 35 to 45 High-Resolution Images suitable for OTA listings (Booking.com, Airbnb).
- Lifestyle Integration: Staging areas to look 'lived in' (breakfast trays, books, wine) to sell the guest experience.
- Usage Rights: Commercial usage rights included for website, social media, and booking platforms.
Exclusions
- Travel: Outstation travel and accommodation costs are excluded and billed at actuals.

My Shooting Style
Clean, bright, and natural. I play with both daylight and staged lighting, depending on what the space needs. Wide shots for scale, close-ups for those little stories in textures. Whether it’s warm minimalism or something bold, I figure out how to show off the design. I shoot stills, walkthrough videos, and those satisfying Before & After reels.
Teamwork & Locations
I team up with architects, designers, property brands and developers. My main base is Bangalore and Goa, but I travel for cool assignments - Coimbatore, Sakleshpur, Hampi, Coorg, you name it.
