- Visual Blueprint (The Lookbook): Creation of a detailed Digital Moodboard (PDF) covering up to 3 main events.
- Palette Selection: Definition of color stories to guide decor and attire choices.
Wardrobe & Look Styling
- Designer Curation: Recommendations for Bride & Groom outfits based on body type, venue lighting, and theme. Includes sourcing assistance from designers.
- Accessory Pairing: Virtual guidance on jewelry selection, footwear, and hair accessories to complete the ensemble.
- MUA Briefing: Creating a Beauty Brief for the makeup artist to ensure the makeup matches the outfit.
Vendor Collaboration
- Decor Alignment: Reviewing the Decorator's sketches and plans to ensure they match the photography requirements (lighting, backdrop placement).
- Remote Support: WhatsApp access for quick opinions on fabric swatches or trial fittings during the planning phase (Mon to Sat).

- End to End Aesthetic Ownership: Complete responsibility for the visual narrative, from invitation design language to the final reception look.
- Site Recce: Virtual or physical analysis of the venue to plan layout adjustments for the best photographic angles and golden hour planning.
- Story Integration: Weaving personal elements like letters and heirlooms into the decor and visuals.
On Site Art Direction (3 Days)
- Founder Led Presence: Creative Director on site during the events to supervise aesthetic execution.
- Decor & Lighting Supervision: Actively working with the decor team to adjust lighting temperatures and backdrop placements for optimal camera output.
- The Editorial Session: Dedicated styling for couple portraits, including fixing lehenga flare, adjusting safas, and directing posture.
- Detail Styling: Styling of Getting Ready shots using curated props like vintage trays, ribbons, and flowers for flatlays.
Outfit & Look Management
- Dressing Coordination: Coordinating with the draping artist and hair team to ensure the look is executed exactly as per the mood board.
- Last Minute Fixes: An emergency styling kit on hand (safety pins, double sided tape, lint rollers) to handle wardrobe malfunctions instantly.
- Shot List Management: Ensuring the photography team captures specific aesthetic details and textures defined in the creative brief.
