Signature Residential Wedding Planning Fee
Strategic Planning & Vendor Management
- Budget Management: Creation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cash flow tracking for budgets exceeding ₹2 Cr.
- Vendor Sourcing: Identification and contracting of premium vendors (Caterers, Decorators, Photographers) including bulk-rate negotiations.
- Legal & Permissions: Handling police permissions, PPL music licenses, and fire safety clearances for large gatherings.
Design & Conceptualization
- Thematic Development: Creation of unique concepts with detailed mood boards and color palettes.
- Technical Drawing: 2D/3D layouts of the venue to ensure capacity management for 4000+ guests, including stage fabrication specs.
- Show Running: Designing the 'Run of Show' for events, including technical cue sheets for Sound, Light, and SFX.
Hospitality & Guest Relations
- RSVP Management: Dedicated team for attendance confirmation calls/messages for up to 800 invitations.
- Logistics Coordination: Management of local transport fleet (Innova/buses) for guest movements.
- VIP Protocol: Specialized security coordination and escorts for high-profile guests and politicians.
On-Ground Execution (3 Days)
- Manpower: Deployment of a 15-20 member team including Project Lead and Zone Managers (Entry, Food, Stage).
- Shadow Teams: Dedicated personal assistants for the Bride, Groom, and Parents throughout the event.
- Production Supervision: Overseeing setup of large structures to ensure safety and design compliance.
Destination Wedding Turnkey Management Fee
Destination Logistics & Travel
- Itinerary Planning: End-to-end travel manifest management (flights/trains) for 200+ guests.
- Airport Management: Deployment of 'Meet & Greet' teams at arrival/departure airports with placards.
- Ground Transport: Management of coaches and luxury cars for transfers between airport and hotel.
Hotel & Hospitality Management
- Room Allocation: Strategy for assigning rooms based on guest relations and managing early check-ins/late check-outs.
- 24/7 Hospitality Desk: Setup of a dedicated help desk in the hotel lobby for guest queries and assistance.
- In-Room Experiences: Assembly and placement of welcome hampers in all guest rooms prior to arrival.
Artist & Entertainment Management
- Celebrity Management: Handling riders, logistics, and security for high-end artists and performers.
- Technical Production: Sourcing and supervising local or fly-in vendors for concert-grade Sound, Light, and LED setups.
Team Deployment
- Core Team: Flying in a specialized team of 15-25 planners including Hospitality Managers and Logistics Heads.
- Remote Production: Coordinating with destination-based local vendors to execute design requirements.
Bespoke Decor Design & Art Direction Fee
Conceptual Design
- Mood Boarding: Research and presentation of specific visual themes and color stories.
- 3D Visualization: High-definition 3D renders of stages, entry passages, and photo-ops for pre-event visualization.
- Material Selection: Expert guidance on fabric swatches, floral varieties, and furniture styles.
Production Technicals
- Layout Planning: CAD drawings for large-scale structures ensuring structural stability and crowd flow.
- Lighting Design: Creation of 'Light Plots' to direct lighting vendors on mood lighting and architectural highlighting.
Vendor Supervision
- Production Oversight: Acting as the client representative to ensure the external Decor Vendor executes the design per the renders.
- Quality Control: On-site inspection of flower freshness, fabric finishing, and carpet taping during the setup phase.
Note: This fee covers design and supervision only; actual decor materials are paid directly to vendors.

- Work with top caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers. I know who’s best for what.
- I don’t use cookie-cutter plans. Your wedding gets a bespoke wedding design that fits only you.
- Themes can go wild or regal - maybe a Mehndi that feels like a fairytale, or a sangeet straight out of Vrindavan.
- Floral setups, crazy big entrances, grand mandaps, and mood-setting lighting. If you dream it, I try to make it real.
