My approach is about building strength, fixing those nagging pains, and making you feel good in your body - whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or just move better every day.
Some things I help with:
I mix things up - hybrid personal training means a blend of heavy lifting, functional moves like kettlebells, and good old core and flexibility work. Some days you’ll feel like a “khatarnak player” (tough player), some days you’ll curse me. Either way, you’ll see change.
