Live group yoga sessions, not pre-recorded videos. We're together, practicing in real time, wherever you are. Every class blends asana, pranayama, and meditation. I keep it raw and supportive - you’ll never feel lost in a crowd or judged for being new.
Classes happen three times a week, morning and evening slots. Come as you are.
