Practicing together in real life just hits different, ya. These workshops are my way of bringing us off the screen and into a shared space, whether that's a cozy studio in Koramangala or some random, beautiful spot with trees and fresh air. I love seeing people connect - you can really feel the mindful yoga community in Bengaluru when we all show up.

What Happens at My Workshops

  • Each one is a bit different. Sometimes it's a chilled-out sunset yoga session, other times we dive into a full wellness event.
  • Expect a proper mix: asanas, Surya Namaskara, pranayama, meditation, and maybe something special like Trataka (candle gazing).
  • We always finish with a long, guided shavasana. It's honestly my favourite part.

Who Can Join

Don’t worry if you’re new or just getting back into yoga. My style is beginner friendly, but I do keep an eye on everyone to make sure you’re doing things safe. I’m a bit strict about form, but never about looking perfect. Aiyo, no stress! The whole point is to listen to your own body - lying down for a bit is totally fine.

Where We Practice

No fixed studio. Sometimes it’s an indoor yoga class in Koramangala, sometimes we go outdoors for those proper outdoor yoga sessions Bangalore folks love. I like switching things up, so be ready for surprises.

My Story

Hey, I'm Apoorva. Yoga for me is more than just a certificate, it's how I live, thanks to all the gurus before us. Had a gut surgery recently - trust me, lying down for a week taught me that pausing isn’t giving up. I love sarees (Mysore silk is my jam), painting when I get time, and decking up for Varamahalakshmi Habba. Yoga, art, tradition - all mixed up in my life, finding joy in small things.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Workshops - I offer online yoga for spinal health, hip mobility, hormonal balance, and offline workshops in Bengaluru.

Teaching Style - Bit of humour, lots of alignment and breath work. I’ll say, 'ಏ, surya namaskara with love ma!' but safety first.

Using Props - Chairs, blocks, belts - we use them to get stronger and confident, not as shortcuts.

Who Can Join - Desk job folks, back pain, tight hips, women’s health, or anyone wanting mindful practice.
