I bring together yoga, breathwork, and simple nutrition hacks to support things like PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and tricky menstrual cycles. No, it’s not about nailing some difficult pose or following a strict diet. I’ll show you how just a few minutes a day can help tune your body’s signals and calm your mind. Sometimes, it’s more about small, regular steps than big changes.
All sessions are on Zoom, beginner to intermediate. I always offer easier versions, especially when you’re on your period (don’t want to overdo it, ya?). If you’ve got any big health issues, best to check with your doctor first.
