For me, yoga is not just about twisting into some perfect pose, yaar. It’s about figuring yourself out, connecting your mind and body, and finding a bit of peace in this crazy life. You’ll mess up, wobble, and sometimes just want to flop on the mat - and that’s actually part of the magic.
If you’ve ever thought, "I can’t do this," trust me, I’ve been there. My classes are a safe space for every shape, size, and fitness level. Body positivity is non-negotiable – your weight or flexibility isn’t a barrier here. Like I say, enjoy your rolly polly body and ignore the online trolls.
If you’re up for a challenge, I’m obsessed with inversions and arm balances. We’ll prep and play, sometimes with drills that feel silly – mat puchna kyu (don’t ask why) – just go with it and see what happens.
With my background in yoga therapy, I make sure every class supports your mind too. Anxiety, stress, tough days – yoga can help you manage all that. If you’re struggling, don’t keep quiet. Your mat is a safe place to start.
