At Yoga Bimba, I believe in abhyasa (practice), arogya (health), and ananda (bliss). Showing up on the mat is where it all begins, whether you’re a total newbie or someone looking to deepen your practice. Watching students hit milestones, like a 55-year-old nailing her first chakrasana or a new mom having a smooth delivery, makes my day.
Yoga here isn’t just about twisting into knots. My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha yoga alignment techniques, with a real focus on getting your posture and breath right. We work on asanas, pranayama, and meditation, aiming to calm both body and mind. You’ll find the hardest part to shift isn’t your muscles—it’s your brain! But we tackle it all.
I offer online yoga class for beginners, in-person group sessions at my Nagarbhavi studio, and hybrid formats for folks joining from across the world. If you want personal attention, you can opt for one-on-one sessions with a personal yoga trainer in Bangalore.
Kids, seniors (even those who think they’re “too old”), complete beginners, seasoned yogis, and women looking for a supportive batch—all are welcome. Classes are tailored to fit your pace and needs. Some days, just showing up is the win.
