My “boucakes” are my heart. I hand-pipe buttercream into flowers like roses, sunflowers, peonies - then bunch them into what looks like a floral bouquet, except every bit is edible. You want pastel or wild, bold colours? Done. These are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just when you want to show off.

Chocolate-dipped strawberries never flop. Classic milk, or I can jazz it up with colourful white chocolate. Always fresh, always simple.

Festive chocolate gift boxes for Diwali, Eid, and all that jazz - think Pistachio Kunafa Brownies, luxe hampers, truffles, tea cakes, pretty diyas. If you want to go all-out, I do wedding sweet trays too - velvet packaging, fancy invites, the works.
