About

Yoga, for me, is about transformation - not just in the body, but in the mind too. I live by 'Vivarta', which means change. My classes follow the idea of ‘Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha’ - basically, learning to quiet the mind and find a calm that sticks, no matter what life throws at you.

How I Teach

You’ll see me moving around, giving hands-on help so you get every posture right and stay safe. I break down tough asanas into smaller steps, so you can move forward at your own pace. I always explain why we do a pose, not just how, so every stretch and breath has a purpose.

Classes for Everyone

Whether you’re just starting out or want to push yourself with advanced asanas, I’ve got a class for you. You can join group sessions at our studios in Nagarbhavi or Basavanagudi, or log in online from anywhere. There are also fun yoga sessions just for kids.

My Story

Hey, I’m Shashi. Yoga and trekking—these two keep me going. My institute’s called Vivarta Yoga because I’m all about transformation, not just on the mat but out in the wild too. Been at it 5+ years now. I love seeing people break their own limits, whether it’s kids chilling on a yoga trek or adults finding peace after a tough week. Nature’s the real teacher, I swear. Yoga should happen to everyone, anywhere.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Treks - I teach online yoga classes for adults, in-person sessions, and organize yoga treks for children and grown-ups.

Transformation Focus - Classes go beyond asanas - we work on therapeutic back strengthening, flexibility, and mental calm.

Healthy Lifestyle Tips - We talk about natural foods, like tender coconut water, to boost practice and overall health.

Yoga in Nature - I take groups on treks, practicing yoga on mountainsides, to help everyone recharge and connect.
