I’ve spent more than 30 years helping people discover the real power of yoga. Over 2,000 students have trained with me and now teach all over the world. This isn’t some shortcut – it’s a full transformation. Some folks come in shy, not sure of themselves, and walk out ready to lead. One even became a college Principal after finishing.

What You Actually Get Here

Our main Yoga Instructor Course is a 300-hour yoga instructor certification. It covers way more than just asanas. You’ll dive into:

• Classic Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas
• Shatkarmas (like Neti, Trataka) for deep cleansing
• Ancient wisdom from Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita
• Anatomy and physiology, with both modern and yogic views
• Yoga therapy training - learn how yoga helps heal real health issues
• How to actually run a class, use your voice, and teach simply

What Happens After?

I’m not just here to teach and leave you. We guide you on placements so you don’t feel lost. Past students now work in schools, start their own yoga centres, consult, and even build an international yoga teaching career. Some teach online, some open healing studios, some balance with other jobs.
