My Story
My roots - Born into a Mallu Syrian Christian family, cooking traditional Kerala dishes has been my life since childhood.
Mom's influence - My mother's recipes and cooking philosophy of "make what you love to eat" shaped my culinary journey.
Personal touch - I find making appams therapeutic, so I personally prepare them despite having a team.
Started small - Began Travancore Tasties in 2015 to share my family's culinary heritage with food lovers.
My Work
What I do? - I offer catering, private dining, home delivery, venue collaborations, and restaurant consultations for Kerala cuisine.
How am I different? - Every dish follows traditional family recipes and cooking methods, like using mortar-pestle for spices.
Scale of work - From intimate 3-person gatherings to 200-person events, I ensure authentic Kerala flavors for all occasions.
Where to find me - I run Coracle café at Bangalore International Center, and my food's available on Swiggy and Zomato.
