How It Works

• I use prefab construction - like building with Lego blocks, but with real, sturdy materials.
• Main parts are built in my Bangalore factory, so monsoons or site delays won’t mess up your plans.
• Everything comes to your plot and gets assembled quickly. Usually, you’re moving in within 3 to 6 months.

Prefab vs Container

• Prefab Homes: Made fresh with steel frames, concrete floors, and flexible layouts. If you have a design in your head, I can probably make it happen.
• Container Homes: Upcycling old shipping containers into cool, sustainable spaces. Fully insulated, totally transformed, and eco-friendly.
