At The Dojo, I see fitness as more than just getting sweaty or counting reps. Fitness and Conditioning here is about working on yourself in every way - body, mind, and even attitude. Whether you want to level up for martial arts or just want to move, feel, and look better, this is where you start.

How We Train

  • Every session is built on functional strength training, not just random workouts.
  • We go hard but smart - learning proper form, building a strong core, and making sure mobility isn’t left behind.
  • Think of it as a blend: sometimes it’s old-school drills (like makiwara work), sometimes it’s modern stuff, always with a focus on real-world strength.

What You’ll Experience

  • Expect to sweat, but also to learn. You’ll push limits but also get time for recovery and flexibility routines.
  • I make sure there’s always a proper cool-down and deep stretches, so you feel good after, not just tired.
  • Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or you’ve been training for years, everyone finds their place here.

My Story

We kicked off The Dojo with a simple idea - bring every martial art together, right here in Bangalore. Not just a gym, this place is kinda like a second home for fighters, kids, office folks, anyone. Watching our coach Uma Maheshwar fight for India at Asian Games, that was wild. We’re all about sweat, sore muscles, big grins after class. Tomorrow, we’re back at it. That’s the vibe. Warrior spirit, always.
