For us, fitness is not about looking cool or showing off in a gym. Real strength is being able to handle life, defend yourself, and keep going when you want to quit. We keep it simple: discipline and practical skills over empty reps.

How We Train

  • Mix of martial arts and modern workouts - no boring, copy-paste gym routines here.
  • Functional strength training using ropes, kettlebells, bodyweight, and whatever gets you moving with purpose.
  • Cardio kickboxing sessions are high-energy and straightforward. You’ll be punching and kicking pads, sweating it out, maybe shouting "Adi mar!" (Hit it!) when you need to blow off steam.
  • Weight loss conditioning is a real thing here – expect knuckle push-ups and tough sets that work your mind as much as your body.

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie, a kid, or someone who’s seen it all. I’ve worked with everyone from Montessori kids to seniors touching 70. No one’s out of place if you’re ready to put in effort.

Women’s fitness empowerment is serious to us. We mean it when we say WOMENSTRONG NATIONSTRONG. Safety, support, and respect are non-negotiable.

My Story

Alhamdulillah, 6+ years, and AKFA’s still my second home. We’re more than a dojo—family, really. Ramadan iftars, beach picnics, laughing, sweating, sometimes limping! I’m both coach and athlete, still chasing medals but mostly chasing moments. Seen students grind for years, from Shiza’s black belt to Mr. Noorulamin starting at 65. Even when we lose, we win respect. That’s what makes a true Karateka—never giving up.

My Work

Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We teach karate, cardio kickboxing for beginners, combat cardio, functional self-defense training, and offer personalized home fitness coaching.

Everyone’s Welcome - Kids, women, men, even grandpas! We’re big on women empowerment karate classes—safe, strong, and supportive.

Training Outside the Box - Not just the dojo—beach workouts, trips, challenges. We make memories while building discipline.

Summer Camp Martial Arts - Is garmi ko banaiye yaadgaar! धमाकेदार camps with gymnastics, crafts, swimming, even digital marketing for kids.
