At Svamitva Architecture Studio, I start by understanding what you actually want from your space. I don't just sketch and hope for the best - I ask a lot of questions, listen to your stories, and figure out what matters to you. I believe the real design begins after this discovery phase.

How I Work: Vision to Reality

Every project begins with a chat - sometimes long, sometimes short, but always honest. I’ll show you detailed sketches, make physical models, and use 3D architectural visualization so you can see and feel the ideas coming together. My team and I stay hands-on, supervising on-site to keep things on track and true to what we discussed.

Homes That Feel Like You

I design homes that fit your vibe, whether it’s an apartment tower for a buzzing community or a farmhouse for quiet escapes. Here’s what I focus on:

• Community spaces like gardens and courtyards for connection
• Plenty of natural light and breeze, especially in north and east-facing units
• Mixing luxury with comfort - pools, BBQ zones, meditation decks

For villas and farmhouses, I love site-specific home design. I work with tricky plots, use sustainable building materials like bamboo and brick, and create cool light features with facade slits and angular shapes. I try to blur the line between indoors and outdoors for a more open feel.

When I design commercial or community spots, I always keep the user experience at the centre. Whether it’s a clubhouse or a rehab centre, I plan flexible spaces, think about how each material feels, and aim for designs that people remember.
