For me, Bharatanatyam is where my heart and body just meet. Every stage I step on, be it a packed auditorium or someone's home, I try to make each performance feel honest. Sometimes, it's the old pieces my Gurus taught me, sometimes my own new work, and sometimes just a story I want to share, especially for special days like Mahashivaratri.

What I Offer

• Performances as a solo artist or with my Vivartana company.
• I enjoy both traditional group Bharatanatyam choreography and mixing in a bit of fusion or contemporary style when the moment feels right.
• Have worked in big sabhas, cultural festivals, and even at corporate events.
• I love helping others tell their story through dance, whether it’s for an Arangetram (first solo performance) or a full-scale dance production.

Choreography & Mentoring

• I handle everything for students’ Arangetram - from choreography to rehearsals. Been there, seen the nerves, and know how big that stage feels.
• Guide group performances for all ages. No age bar - if you want to dance, I’ll help you find your groove.
• If you have a big idea for a dance drama, I can help shape it, from casting to the final stage show.

How I Work

At Vivartana, I care about good music and real teamwork. For Arangetrams, I bring an all-women’s team of musicians and make sure the costumes and vibe are sorted. Mostly in Bangalore, but I keep hopping between here and namma Chennai (our Chennai).
