New Homes—Modern or Rooted

• We love working from scratch—modern villas with big skylights, open courtyards, or homes that keep Indian roots alive.
• You'll see us use lots of natural light, open layouts, and smart features like walk-in closets or tucked-away pantries.
• Facades matter to us; sometimes it’s clean lines, sometimes it’s brick or Mangalore tiles that speak of home.
• If you want a Vaastu-compliant house plan or something inspired by nalukettu veedu, we’re all in. We use stuff like Athangudi tiles, Sadarahalli stone, and local brick—nothing too flashy, always honest.

Makeovers & Reconfigurations

• We get a kick out of transforming lived-in apartments or houses into places that actually fit your day-to-day.
• Minimalist apartment interiors, neutral palettes, open plans—these help make small spaces feel big and peaceful.
• Sometimes, we turn one big, awkward room into zones: like a chill bedroom, a gaming den, and a sneaky pantry all-in-one.
