We started Studio 234 back in 2006, and dance really is our life here. Our classes aren’t just about moves - it’s about feeling good, letting loose, and finding your own groove. It doesn’t matter if you’re starting out or have danced for years. Once you walk in, you’re part of the gang.

What We Offer

• Zumba workout classes: High-energy, mad fun, and yes, full-on benki ithi (fire)! You’ll sweat, laugh, and maybe even forget you’re working out.
• Yoga for beginners and regulars: Slow it down, stretch it out, breathe easy. We keep it simple so anyone can join.
• Classical Indian dance lessons: Always wanted to try Bharatanatyam or Odissi? We teach these with respect for tradition but bring in our own style too.
• Aerobics and belly dance: Get your heart rate up or try something totally new. No need to be shy here.
• Kids dance programs: Separate classes for kids where they get to learn, play, and grow in a super supportive space.

You’ll find us in Chandra Layout, Bangalore - mirrors, wooden floors, and a chilled out vibe. It’s a real space, no judgment, just music and movement. Whether you’re here for fitness, fun, or to meet new people, there’s a spot for you.
