For us, yoga isn’t about nailing every pose or being super flexible. We always ask, are you enjoying yourself? Here, it’s about showing up, doing your best, and feeling a bit better each time. You’ll find space to breathe, grow stronger, and just be—no pressure to be perfect.
We mostly teach Hatha yoga for beginners and anyone wanting that solid foundation. If you’re into something more dynamic, our vinyasa flow class links movement to breath—expect to sweat a little and feel super present.
Classes are led by Prathima Arikeri, who’s got serious yoga credentials (M.Sc Yoga Therapy, RYT 200 & 300). She brings both know-how and a chill vibe to every session.
Our indoor studio is new, peaceful, and soaked in natural light. Group yoga sessions are open for all adults—whether you’re brand new or just looking to deepen your practice.
Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
