Baseless charges, especially after relationships go sour, can ruin lives. I spend a lot of time defending people against false 498a cases and wrongful rape accusations. Most of the time, these allegations come with a story that doesn’t add up. My approach? Break down the lies with proper evidence and solid arguments.

• Quashing FIR in High Court when the complaint has no ground
• Jumping in fast for anticipatory bail in criminal cases, so you don’t get stuck behind bars
• Special focus on NRI passport issues - courts can’t just grab your passport as a bail condition, and I push back hard when they try
