For me, calisthenics is way more than just a workout. I see it as training the mind, the body, and your overall willpower. You can have a six-pack and still feel weak inside. The real challenge is building both strength and discipline - becoming a warrior in your own way.
People keep asking, "kya faida itna mehnat ka?" (what’s the point of all this hard work?). Not everyone gets it. Calisthenics is about seeing how much you can do with just your body. No fancy machines, just pure bodyweight exercise progressions. You push, pull, balance, and sometimes fail, but every bit makes you stronger in real life too.
I train people one-on-one or in small groups, online or in-person. I keep things flexible so you can stick to a functional strength routine no matter how packed your schedule gets.
Down days will come. Sab log gyan dete hai (everyone gives advice). Ignore the noise, bas tu karta jaa (just keep at it). Eat. Sleep. Train. Repeat. That’s how you see change.
