People look at my medals and call it luck. Honestly, luck has nothing to do with it. Hard work and a bit of stubbornness - that's how I built my strength. The pain is real, but so is the gain.

What I Teach

Tai Chi and Qigong are way more than just fitness routines. I see them as journeys. You pick up 'gyaan' (wisdom), not just moves. It's about learning to control your breath, your mind, and your body. This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix.

Find Your Lane

  • Health & Wellness: If you're after real fitness and flexibility, this is your lane. We use Tai Chi for beginners and old hands alike, focusing on balance and real-world strength.
  • Meditative Movement: Want to get that mind-body connect? We do Qigong breathing techniques and flowing movement, so you learn to find calm even when life is noisy.
  • Competition: I’ve been there on the podium. If you’re serious about competitive Tai Chi training, including weapons like Jian (sword), this is for you. It’s tough, not for everyone.

How Classes Roll

  • Adults only, all skill levels welcome if you’re ready to put in the work
  • Join us in person at my Bangalore center for that group energy
  • Online classes available, but don’t expect me to go easy because you’re remote

My Story

Most days, you’ll catch me in my training shoes – fitness is my everyday. I’ve stood on world stages, waving our flag, feeling goosebumps every time. Awards like All India Women Achievers look shiny, but it’s my family, my backbone, who see the sweat and grit behind it. My husband’s the beast pushing me, my son’s growing up on the same path. Trekking hills, Shaolin Temple – I’m always learning, always moving. Jai Bharath!

My Work

Martial Arts & Yoga Training - I offer National champion Wushu coaching, Kung Fu, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, S&C, Self Defence, and Meditation.

Kids & Adults – All Welcome - I train kids (my little dragons) and adults for discipline, strong mind-body, and overall fitness.

Train with a Real Fighter - I teach what I’ve lived. At my center, you learn to fight, get healthy, and never give up.

My Way – Burn Slowly, Burn Daily - No shortcuts. Consistent yoga practice and hard work is what I believe in. Mind first, then fist.
