I don’t teach just poses. For me, yoga is about tuning in to your own vibe, connecting with your breath, and finding a bit of calm in this crazy world. Prana (energy) is a big part of it - we work on raising that, not just touching our toes. If you’re tired of the hustle and just want to move, breathe, and chill, you won’t feel out of place here.

Who Can Join?

Doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried yoga or if you practice daily. My classes welcome:

  • People who feel stiff or think they’re “not flexible”
  • Folks starting out (yes, yoga for complete beginners is my jam)
  • Anyone wanting to push deeper, safely, into Hatha and Vinyasa flows

Ways We Can Practice

  • Online group classes: interactive, not just follow-along. You can join from anywhere and choose timings that suit you.
  • In-person workshops in Bangalore: think special themes, like mastering headstands or working on backward bends. Not everyday - more like pop-up events.
  • One-on-one: If you want personalized yoga sessions, or need help with something specific (like therapeutic yoga for back pain), I do private classes both online and offline.

Real Talk: My Teaching Style

No drama, no pressure. If you can’t get into a pose, it’s cool - we’ll break it down, use props, and go slow. I’m here to guide, not judge. You’ll find space to go at your own pace, and yeah, some stuff is tough, but we tackle it together. Your journey, your rules.

My Story

I quit my corporate job in 2019, totally clueless what next. Scared? Oh yes. But something deep down said, this is it. Yoga found me (or maybe I found yoga?) and suddenly, work was joy, not just a paycheck. It’s not just about stretching, it’s about growing up inside, learning to like myself, surprising myself. I want to share all that with you. The real stuff, not just poses.

My Work

Yoga & Workshops - I teach Corporate yoga sessions, Hatha, Therapy yoga for stress, Pre and postnatal yoga, plus Headstand workshops.

Go Slow, Listen In - We move with awareness, use props if needed, and always listen to what your body says.

Step by Step Progress - Doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced - we take it slow, learn how to fall, and get steady before moving up.

Yoga Beyond Poses - We work on strength, clarity, and Pranayama breathing classes to calm your mind and body.
