Kathak isn’t just a dance form for me—it's a journey that started when I was 12 and hasn't lost its magic. Every time I teach my students, it feels like I'm passing on a piece of my own story, connecting us all through the rhythm of "dha dhin dhin dha." There’s something special about seeing them perform what I once learned from my gurus.

How We Learn Together

Here, it’s not just about steps or routines. I follow the old-school guru-shishya parampara Kathak classes style, where respect and dedication matter as much as practice. Classes are a mix of tradition, fun, and hard work. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who’s danced before, you’ll find a batch that fits you—kids, newbies, or those ready for more advanced pieces.

Dancing to live tabla and harmonium is a big deal for us. Feels different, honestly. It really helps you understand the music, not just the moves.

What’s on Offer

• In-person classes at Banashankari (BSK) 6th Stage, Jayanagar, and Koramangala, or online if you’re not in Bangalore.
• Kathak workshops for beginners and those wanting to try something new—sometimes we bring in guest teachers or do themed sessions like dance therapy.
• Regular stage performance opportunities at festivals and events, because sharing your dance is part of growing as a Kathakar.
