Rediscovering play as an adult isn’t as easy as it looks. I used to be a lawyer and now I’m all about flow arts with IndieFlow. Planning for fun became a thing, and honestly, it’s kind of wild how much good comes from just letting yourself move and play.

Who’s Welcome?

Everyone. I mean it. Whether you’re picking up a hula hoop for the first time, want fresh tricks for your poi spinning workshops, or you’re sending your kiddo to one of our camps, you’ll fit right in. We’ve got beginner vibes, space for experienced flow peeps, and dedicated kids classes (from age 5 up).

Our Workshop Flavours

One style gets boring, so I mix it up with:

• Flow Sundays at our Bangalore studio. One-hour masterclasses on props like Hula Hoop, Poi, or DapoStar.
• Intensives for those itching to go deep into a single prop.
• Kids flow props camp - online or summer, with choreography and prop making.
• Corporate sessions to help teams shake off stress.

What We Use

We play with hula hoops (single/twin, beginner to intermediate moves), poi (plane control and expressive movement workshops), and DapoStar - all props provided. Wear comfy clothes, bring water, and your own gear if you like.

The Vibe

It’s chill, supportive, and honestly, a little goofy. I want people to find their own rhythm, not stress about being perfect. Play is for all of us, and I love building this community.
