My Work
All Kinds of Run Training - We do group runs for 10k, half, full, and ultra marathons with tempo, intervals, hill sprints, and runner’s CrossFit.
Cubbon Park Our Turf - Every session’s at Cubbon Park. Sunrise, fresh air, and the city waking up - that’s our vibe.
Early Morning Grind - Runs start 5:30 am sharp, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays. Rain or shine, we show up, no excuses.
Run, Laugh, Repeat - We train hard but it’s about fun. Garba nights, races, and always cheering each other on.
Dog Friendly Running Crew - Cubbon Park dogs join us—sometimes pacing, always cheering. If you love dogs, you’ll fit right in.
