Personal training at Rhythmic Feet is all about you. Here in namma Bengaluru, I focus on one-on-one fitness coaching that’s real, honest, and tailored to your goals. No boring routines - we mix it up so you stay engaged and actually look forward to your sessions.

My Style

I’m not just counting reps from the corner. I’m right beside you, correcting your form, pushing you when needed, and making sure you don’t end up with an injury. If you’re new to working out, don’t worry. I break down movements and explain why we’re doing what we’re doing. For folks who’ve been at it a while, I help bust through plateaus with custom workout plans.

Workout Variety

Sessions include strength training (dumbbells, barbells, weight plates), functional strength sessions (battle ropes, stability balls), and some dance cardio if you’re up for it. Pilates principles sneak in too - those make your core solid and flexibility better.

Who’s It For

Anyone. Doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just want your body to work better every day. Age, experience - makes no difference. You’ll find me cheering you on, even when you feel like giving up. Swalpa adjust maadi (just adjust a bit) and see the difference for yourself.

My Story

Hey! Julie here, and Rhythmic Feet is my baby. I started this studio in nammabengaluru so people could just show up, forget about being perfect, and dance like nobody’s watching. Doesn’t matter if you’re a kid, aunty, uncle, or just someone wanting to move - you’ll fit right in. We laugh, we sweat, we mess up steps - but we do it together. Family vibes only! You’ll see women of all ages grooving, proving passion’s got no age. Come as you are.
