For me, fitness isn’t just about lifting heavy or holding a perfect yoga pose. I’m a bit pagal (crazy) about mixing things up - I love the combo of gym strength and yoga calm. It’s about feeling good inside your head, not just looking fit.
I mix traditional strength training with calisthenics progressions. We celebrate the small wins - trust me, I still remember the struggle of that first push-up and the grind for a pistol squat.
Some days, you’ll feel like, “Bas, aaj nahi hoga” (just can’t do it today). I get those too. We’ll show up anyway. It’s about building that discipline together, not chasing perfection. We bend, we don’t break. Let’s get strong, one day at a time.
