At Ourstoryshelf, stories aren't just for reading, they're for living. I set up this place so children feel like they’ve found a world just for them - not just shelves of books, but a proper kids reading lounge with mats, bean bags, and shelves made for little hands.

What I Offer

• Borrow from my handpicked collection - lots of books, all for kids, with easy borrowing so stories can go home too.
• The space is open for children to explore on their own, chill, or read with friends.
• Membership brings special invites to storytelling events for children and workshops, sometimes free, sometimes with a small fee.

More Than Just Books

The real magic? Interactive story sessions. I use puppets, silly voices, and sometimes even a bit of drama. Kids don’t just listen - they get to jump in. After storytime, we might do crafts, sensory play (sometimes we make a mess, but it's worth it), or cook up something simple together.

What Matters to Me

This isn’t just a library. I want kids to feel safe, welcome, and free to be curious. Every story, every craft, every messy moment is about growing a love for reading and imagination. If your child leaves smiling, that’s what counts for me.
