Food, for me, is all about warmth and comfort. I started One Humble Meal to give you that same feeling of ghar ka khana (home food) at your events. When you’re busy with work or guests, I step in so you can focus on the fun, not the cooking.

What I Offer

• Home-style party and corporate lunch catering (no restaurant fuss)
• Fresh, wholesome food made with homemade masalas and zero preservatives
• Both veg and non-veg options, but non-veg is strictly chicken and egg (no red meat, no seafood)
• Separate utensils and cooks for veg and non-veg, so you don’t need to worry about food preferences or allergies

• Starters: Gobi 65, Chicken 65, Aloo Pakoda, Mirchi Bhaji
• Veg mains: Palak Paneer, Dal Makhani, Rajma, Paneer Kadhai
• Non-veg mains: Bengali Chicken Curry, Palak Chicken, Hariyali Chicken Curry
• Rice: Chicken Biryani, Ghee Rice, Lemon Rice, Peas Pulao
• Soft chapatis, pooris, stuffed parathas
• Desserts: Gajar ka Halwa, Sooji Halwa, Coconut Laddu

Some people want restaurant style, but I stick to simple, soulful meals. If you want a taste test before your event, that’s possible too (paid trial). No frills, just real food, the way I make it for my own family.
