At Nrityaatma, dance feels like more than just steps - it's like giving your aatma (soul) a chance to breathe. Our space is chill, expressive, sometimes healing, and definitely full of laughter with a dash of chai on the side.
Nrityanaari is our dance therapy group for women. You don’t need any experience. Here, we focus on healing movement, body positivity, and just letting go. It’s a safe space to unwind, explore feelings, and connect with other women.
If you want to try a Bollywood dance workshop or something semi-classical, we’ve got you. We teach everything from trendy tracks to Garba for Navratri. Some sessions are super beginner friendly, sometimes we do sitting choreography, and sometimes we suggest dressing up in a saree or anarkali to get into the vibe.
Dance isn’t just choreography for us. We talk about the stories, the myth, and the meaning behind each movement. Through Gyaani Guruvar (Knowledge Thursdays), we share context, techniques, and culture so you really live the dance, not just perform it.
