I bring real Northeast flavors to your table, just like back home. Everything is either sourced straight from the region or made in my kitchen using age-old recipes from Nagaland and Manipur. If you’re after smoky pork, weird and wonderful dried fish, or even hornet larvae (when I get lucky with my suppliers), you’ll find it here.

Raw & Preserved for Home Cooks

• Manipuri fermented fish paste, the actual one, not the market shortcut
• Whole smoked fish and small dried fish – just perfect for a quick chutney or a broth
• Dried shrimp – you know that funky hit in all the best Northeast dishes
• Sometimes, I get my hands on snails or hornet larvae, but they go fast

Why Mine?

No shortcuts, no fake flavors. If you want the taste of an actual Northeast home, this is it. Everything is smoked, fermented, or braised the way it’s meant to be. Sometimes my stuff sells out, especially the rare items, but that’s just how it is with real food.
