Fitness isn't just a hobby for me, it's how I survived tough times. Every workout is a step towards feeling stronger, even on days when getting out of bed is the real challenge. I know what it means to fight for your own strength, and I'm right there with you, pushing through the grind.

I'm not the trainer who just stands and counts your reps. I'm the one sweating next to you, encouraging you when you think you can't go further. You get my full energy and technical know-how. We work as a team, and you’ll always feel that partnership.

My Signature: Strong Transformations (14 Weeks)

I run a 14-week online strength transformation program that’s all about building a solid fitness foundation. We start sessions early morning to set your day up right. Expect a mix of functional muscle building and routines that work for both strength and looks.

  • Strength training covers all major muscle groups - bodyweight and dumbbells.
  • HIIT and Tabata push your stamina and burn fat.
  • Yoga for flexibility and a bit of mental shanti.
  • Zumba because, hey, fitness should be fun too.
  • Nutrition guidance so you actually see results.

For Aspiring Bodybuilders

If you want to get on stage or just look ripped, I've been there. I offer bodybuilder coaching for beginners, with tips on discipline, muscle sculpting, and the right mindset to reach that next level.

I’m strict about safe exercise form guidance. You’ll learn to connect with your muscles and train smart, not just hard. Soreness means you’re growing, and I make sure it’s the good kind.

My Story

Hey, I’m Nischitha. Zumba instructor, fitness trainer, bodybuilder, DJ, and just a human figuring life out. Neurodivergent, living with ADHD and Bipolar, so some days are wild, some days are just me fighting to reply to a text. Dance is my escape - the rhythm that calms my mind. If you catch me talking to random objects or cracking jokes alone, just roll with it. Showing up, even when it sucks, is my superpower.

My Work

All in one Fitness & Dance - I do high-energy Zumba classes, dance fitness for mental health, personal training, bodybuilding coaching, and DJ gigs.

My Classes Are Chaos & Cardio - We sweat, laugh, mess up steps, and just let go. It’s not about perfect moves, it’s about feeling alive.

Everyone’s Welcome - Pro athlete, lazy Sunday person, or just want to vibe - if you love messy fun, you’ll fit right in.
