Dance, for me, isn’t just about steps or looking good. It’s a way to connect with something bigger – a feeling, a memory, that spark you get when music, words, and movement all come together. Every class, I try to bring out that Rasa (aesthetic delight) so you don’t just learn dance, you feel it.

Our Teaching Style

I believe learning happens from everywhere – from teachers, from fellow dancers, and from your own mistakes. Like they say in Kannada, 'Kelavam ballavarinda kaltu, kelavam sajjana sangadinda, paluvam palla samudravai' (learning flows from many places, like streams joining an ocean). We work in the Guru-Shishya Parampara training tradition, so you get personal attention and space to grow.

What I Teach

• Indian classical dance classes: Kathak, Bharathanatyam, Bharathanrithyam.
• Kathak footwork lessons and chakkars, plus abhinaya and real storytelling.
• Bharathanatyam for adults and kids, keeping it traditional but open for everyone.
• Special Natyashastra workshops on Karanas and ancient movement vocab – straight from my own guru.

How Classes Run

• Regular batches for kids (weekday evenings) and adults (weekend mornings)
• Themed masterclasses both online and in Bangalore, where we really get into the heart of ancient texts or unique choreographies
• Solo debut prep (Rangapravesha/Arangetram) – a full, immersive journey including live musicians

Who Is Welcome

Doesn’t matter if you’re new, coming back after years, or a guy who’s always wanted to try – there’s space for you. Our studios in Basavanagudi and Rajajinagar are proper dance homes. Just bring your love for dance, and we’ll grow together.
