Yoga isn’t just about you and your mat. For me, it’s about connection – the kind you build with another person when you’re both a little unsure, a little wobbly, and still willing to try. My partner Santa and I run these workshops because we genuinely believe that moving, laughing, and sometimes even tumbling together is the best way to grow closer.
Partner & Acro Yoga is all about teamwork – one person is the base, grounded and strong, while the other gets to fly. Don’t worry, the goal isn’t to look perfect. Most of the time, we’re all laughing at our silly attempts before we get it right. It’s a mix of partner balance poses, trust-building exercises, and a lot of playful yoga for beginners who want something different from the usual.
Workshops are 2 hours, usually on weekends in Mumbai and Bengaluru. We go step by step, keep it super chill, and everyone learns to base, fly, and spot safely. A bit of basic fitness helps, but you don’t need to be a gymnast. You’ll leave with sore muscles and, probably, a big smile.
Acro yoga isn’t just about poses – it’s about trust, communication, and showing up for each other. We embrace the falls and celebrate every small win, together.
