Making a family function stand out is something I take seriously. Ceremonial Plate Arrangements, or as we call it, Seer Thattu, are close to my heart. If you’ve ever watched your mom or akka fuss over these plates, you know how big a deal it is to get them just right.

What I Do Differently

• Every item gets its own spotlight. Coconuts wrapped in chic jute, each fruit decorated with beads, chocolates and bangles styled to look like they belong in a magazine.
• Want modern gift plate styling? You’ll see no old-fashioned, heavy designs here. I go for fresh, elegant looks, but don’t worry, nothing strays from tradition.
• I use German Silver plates and other pretty trays, adding pearl beads, lucky motifs, and flowers to make everything pop.
• Aarathi plate? I give it the same love as the others - handmade aarathi plate decor, always done with care.

Where It Fits

• Weddings, engagements, baby showers, puberty and half saree functions - basically, anywhere you want to show your family’s style and effort.
• Each Seer Thattu decoration idea is tailored to your story. I’m like your extra akka, making sure the trays are Instagram-worthy and full of personal touches.
