I started these retreats because I believe yoga is about life, not just the body. For me, it’s about sharing the heart of Traditional Indian yoga, building a real yogatribe, and living the practice wherever we go. Each retreat is a spiritual journey, not just an escape or fancy vacation.

What You’ll Experience

  • We practice yoga asana outdoors, with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) as a regular feature. It’s not about perfect poses, but how you feel doing them.
  • Pranayama (breathwork) is core. Techniques like Nadi Shuddhi (alternate nostril breathing) help balance the mind, and honestly, they’re great for anyone who struggles with stress or sleep.
  • Meditation here is simple. It’s not about forcing the mind silent, but using mantra chanting and breath to settle into yourself.
  • Doesn’t matter if you’re old, young, fit, stiff, overweight, or whatever. All levels welcome.

Destinations That Change You

  • We move between places like the Swiss Alps (practicing by mountain lakes), India (Ganga in Rishikesh, Himalayas), and Japan (sleeping in a shukubo - temple lodging - at Koyasan).
  • Other journeys might take us to Sedona’s vortexes or tranquil ashrams in the Bahamas.
  • Every retreat spot is chosen for its natural and spiritual strength.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Master Mohanty. My life’s been a long walk with yoga, from Rishikesh’s holy banks to Swiss mountains and Japanese temples. I find meaning in banyan roots, clay pots, sunrise, even clouds. Yoga’s not just poses for me—it’s about feeling the elements, learning from nature, and building your own silent corner at home. I travel, I teach, I learn. That’s my simple truth.

My Work

What I Offer - I teach traditional Indian yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Also do online sessions and yoga retreats in Switzerland and India.

How I Teach - My style is gentle, slow, and easy. We use breath, simple movements, sometimes mantras like root chakra meditation.

Practice Details - We do Nadi Shuddhi breathing, let thoughts go, and move from restless to restful together.

Who Can Join - No need to be flexible or an expert. If you’re stressed, can’t sleep, or just want to connect, you’re welcome.
