My Story

Hey, we’re Anisha and Sabyasachi, the duo behind ma+rs. Bangalore’s always buzzing, but we’re about carving out calm corners in the chaos. For us, a house isn’t just walls—it’s a living, breathing spot that fits right into its patch of earth. We love mixing inside with outside, like wrapping homes around old coconut trees or making space for gardens and pets. We’re all about teamwork, from designers to local artisans, everyone’s got a piece in the story.

My Work

Architecture & Interior Design - We design homes from scratch, handling both architecture and interiors for residential spaces.

Seamless Indoor Outdoor Living - Our spaces blur boundaries, letting homes spill into gardens and frame nature—think homes with existing trees.

Minimal & Honest Materials - We keep things simple—exposed concrete, local stone, wood. Clean, calm, nothing flashy.
