I’m Shaheen, and at LMT Automations, we take safety seriously. Automated gates aren't just a fancy upgrade - they need to be safe for everyone. We always include features like photocell sensor safety gates, so accidents don’t happen. I’ve seen too many close calls, and I never want another family in Kerala (or anywhere) to go through that.

• Cantilever (trackless) gates: No ground track, sleek, less maintenance, saves on groundwork.
• Sliding gates: Fit for narrow spaces. Want it even tighter? Telescopic sliding gates are our go-to.
• Swing gates: Classic look, but with premium underground motors. No ugly boxes, super quiet, 180-degree opening possible.

Italian Tech, Local Touch

We use motors straight from Roger Technology and Comunello. Brushless gate motors are available too - super silent, low power use, built tough.

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Every gate gets full safety checks: sensors that stop for people, kids, cars - plus a rebound function if anything’s in the way. Our technicians make sure it’s all working, and I always remind customers to keep checking it.
