I’m all about baking cakes that actually reflect you. At Le Soir, every cake is a bit of a collab - you bring your ideas, I bring my mixing bowls, and we come up with something that’s a real centerpiece. Whether it’s a huge wedding or just you and your bestie, I want the cake to feel special, not generic.

How We Work Together

  • You send over your inspo - themes, sketches, colour combos, or even a video game you love.
  • I figure out the design and flavours that’ll actually work (sometimes I go full mad scientist in the kitchen, ngl).
  • When you see the cake, it’ll feel like it’s actually yours.

Cakes for Every Occasion

  • Big celebrations? I do elegant tiered wedding cakes and engagement showstoppers.
  • Milestones like half-birthdays, new Acha’s (Malayalam for dad), graduation - I’m here for all of it.
  • Want something small but cute? My mini bento cakes and cake tubs are super popular.
  • I love making carved shapes, minimalist birthday cake styles, and trending Korean cake design too.

Why Flavour Matters

Looks are good, but taste is everything. You’ll find combos like Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese, and even jaggery-based options. Malayali flavours are close to my heart - nandi (thanks) to all my clients who’ve inspired me!

What To Expect

  • Almost everything is eggless by default, but I do egg-based cakes too.
  • Buttercream is my jam - less sweet, more flavour, usually better than fondant.
  • If you need low-sugar or unique cake flavours, just ask. I tweak recipes all the time.

Good cakes need a little planning but trust me, it’s worth it.

My Story

So, I’m Le Soir Pâtisserie! If you’ve seen my ‘Nandi 2024’ menu, that’s me saying *nandi* (thanks) to all the Malayali folks who’ve been my backbone. Did my UG, pastry school, all in places buzzing with Kerala vibes. My best cake flavours? Created with my Malayali clients, no joke. They’re always up for wild ideas, and their long, heartfelt reviews keep me going. Baking’s not just mixing stuff for me, it’s about making something that really means something to you.
