Fitness and dance are my way to feel alive, not just to burn calories. I use movement to express myself, shake off stress, and help you do the same. It’s less about looking perfect, more about feeling strong and free.

The Class Vibe

It’s full-on party mode here. Music’s always up, energy’s wild, and we hype each other up. No competition, no drama - everyone’s just here to move, sweat, and laugh. You’ll find real people, not fitness robots.

What We Do

  • Zumba-inspired group workout: Latin beats meet high spirits
  • Bollywood dance fitness classes: My BollyBeat+Mixtape is all about desi swag and non-stop moves
  • Bhangra, Reggaeton, Electro Fusion: Sometimes we go full Punjabi, other times it’s Latin or EDM - depends on the mood!
  • Strength & HIIT: From Strong Nation® to WARRIOR formats, I mix in tough circuits, HIIT, Tabata, and even some Pilates for core strength

No one gets left behind. Choreography is simple, and there are low-impact options for every level. Sikhne ki koi age limit ni hoti hai (there’s no age limit to learning).

My Story

Hey! Main hoon Lakshya. Life mein rewind ka button nahi hota (no rewind in life), so I just try to stay happy, no matter what. Ups and downs? Plenty, but har bar wapas khada ho jata hoon (I get back up every time). I love learning new things - iss saal basketball seekh raha hoon! Friends, family, Holi, reunions, NGO work – yahi sab meri vibe hai. Dil se bada thank you to everyone who’s cheered me on. Let’s keep lifting each other up!

Fun Group Fitness Classes - I teach Strong Nation classes, WARRIOR Strength & Rhythm, Zumba, BollyBeat dance workout, Pilates, Bhangra and more.

Not Just Exercise, It’s Healing - My sessions are about happy moves and happy grooves – walk in with doubt, leave with belief.

All Are Welcome - Beginner or pro, doesn’t matter. We sweat, smile, and build confidence together. Fitness should feel like a party!

Corporate & Freelance Events - I’m also up for corporate gigs and special projects, bringing energy wherever needed.
