What’s bugging your hair?

• Hair fall? Most talk about this, pa. I use a mix of naatu marundhu (traditional herbs) and science - not just one oil for everyone. If you see thinning or bald spots, I suggest a full routine: root oil, derma roller, a Redensyl serum for regrowth, and biotin gummies for that inside strength.
• Forehead la baby hair venuma? (Want baby hair on your forehead?) There’s a kit with 32 herbs oil (rosemary kooda), forehead gel for patchy spots, and again, biotin gummies.
• Dry, frizzy hair? Go for the biotin oil with vembalam pattai (bark) and a serum that controls fall, plus a gentle shampoo for smoothness.

You want that “just stepped out of parlour” hair but hate the cost? Try my DIY keratin hair treatment - shampoo, a spa mask (not on scalp), and anti-frizz serum. Handles split ends, roughness, and keeps shine.

Dandruff oda kashtam (dandruff troubles)?

Herbal anti-dandruff solution with mask and shampoo made from kadukkai, awarampoo, and beeswax. Just apply, leave, wash - itch and flakes reduce in a few washes.

Greying? Go natural

If you’re worried about harsh dyes, my chemical-free hair dye (henna, indigo, amla…) covers greys, softens hair, and there’s zero ammonia.

My basics

• Oil hair weekly, use gentle shampoo (always dilute), condition only on length, and mask once a week.
• Whatever you use, healthy hair starts from inside too - that’s why I really like biotin gummies for hair growth, packed with vitamins and zinc.
