I stick to the simple idea - let the child show the way. At our place, kids aren’t just told what to do. I watch, listen, and trust them to figure things out. The space is calm, neat, and feels like theirs, not mine. Sometimes, I ask parents straight - is your child not able, or are you not letting them? I want these little ones to say, “Naanu maadabahudu” (I can do it).
The classroom is made for children, not for adults or rules. Here’s how it works:
Everything is hands-on. I don’t believe in only books. Kids here:

My Story
My Work
Montessori Programs for All Ages - We offer child-led Montessori for toddlers, primary (Casa), and Montessori elementary program for Grades 1-3.
Hands On, Real Life Learning - Kids do practical life activities—cooking, gardening, cleaning—plus sensorial stuff that makes ideas real.
Child Led Learning - We follow the child. Kids pick their work, so learning feels natural, not forced.
Prepared, Calm Environment - Everything’s child-sized and in its place. It’s peaceful, helps focus, and builds independence.
Mixed Age Classrooms - Older kids help younger ones. Feels like a family, everyone learns together.
Building Life Skills - We care about more than books—kids learn patience, self-awareness, and how to be kind.
